The bears and blokes of London are in for a treat this weekend when one of the capital’s biggest club nights, XXL, hosts another of its Leather themed parties this Saturday (23 Sept) from 10pm. DJs Paul Morrell and Alex Logan will be serving big room anthems on the main dancefloor while residents David Robson and Alex Logan churn out pop and R&B for an up-for-it crowd in the Fur Lounge. Katrina and the Waves at the RVT

This Thursday (21 Sept) the lead singer of Grammy nominated band Katrina & The Waves, Katrina Leskanich, is at the RVT for a full live show. The Waves’ classic 1985 track Walking on Sunshine was a top ten hit all around the globe, while Love Shine a Light won the Eurovision Song Contest with the largest ever margin in 1997 plus they did the original version of the Bangles hit Going Down to Liverpool. This Monday (25 Sept) the Grand Dame of Soho comes over all Big Apple when Comptons celebrates legendary New York club Paradise Garage.
