As always there’s loads on offer at The Two Brewers and for the Easter weekend they are spoiling us with treats. Here’s a look at what’s on offer this long weekend.
Lola Lasagne and Thank You Mr Mayor
Thursday 18 April, 5pm to 4am
What better way to start the long weekend than with a nourishing helping of the tasty Lola Lasagne. Big on flavour and packed with huge laughs there’s nothing quite like our Lola at The Brewers. Plus from 6.30pm in the Club Bar there’s a charity fundraiser to mark Cllr Christopher Wellbelove’s year as Mayor of Lambeth with a host of cabaret acts including Sandra, Kelly Wilde, Heart & Soul, Vanity Nightmare, #Joe and more.
Mary Mac and Backroom
Good Friday 19 April, 5pm to 4am
Is it traditional to enjoy haggis at Easter? It certainly is at The Brewers and we get two helpings this weekend with Mary Mac on tonight and Sunday. You get laughs, songs, a flash of haggis and, quite possibly ‘that’ medley. Plus in the Club Bar DJs Liam Chaplin and Simon Le Vans, will be rocking the funky beats at the always fantastic Backroom.
Saturday 20 April, 5pm to 4am
If you haven’t seen the brilliant Shae G’Day then this Saturday you are in for a treat. This stunner from Down Under has some of the best and funniest lip-sync routines we’ve seen in London and you get pop hits from Demon. Plus Boyz Award-winning DJ Chris Brogan is in the Club Bar till 4am.
The Power of Four
Easter Sunday 21 April, 4pm to 4am
For Easter Sunday, we get the four Brewers bunnies, those fluffy chicks of cabaret all in one fresh basket of joy. Myra DuBois, Miss Jason, Mary Mac and the mighty Sandra. Plus Chris Brogan is back in the Club Bar till late.
Pride In London fundraiser
Bank Holiday Monday 22 April, 5pm to 2am
The Easter weekend comes to a sticky, chocolatey climax on Bank Holiday Monday with the Brewers annual Pride in London fundraiser. Hosted by Miss Penny you get shows from Danny Beard, Tanya Hyde, Marsha Mallow, #Joe, Miss Jason, Minnie Cooper, Rose Garden, Charlie Hides, Shania Pain, Poppycock, Heart & Soul and Sandra… and it’s down to DJ Demon to keep them all in line!
